How I can help

I help organisations make sense of complexity. Drawing on nearly two decades of human-centred research and service design experience, I work with leaders, teams and customers to uncover actionable insights, create clear strategies and build services that deliver tangible outcomes.

What I focus on is bringing structure to ambiguity — aligning stakeholders early, challenging assumptions with evidence, and translating insight into practical frameworks that actually guide action.

I have led research and design functions at Commonwealth Bank, Standards Australia, eHealth NSW and Flipkart, spanning banking, healthcare, e-commerce and telecom. I am intentional about ensuring research does not just generate insight, but it informs decisions, shapes prioritisation and drives commercial outcomes.
